41st Annual Corowa Swim-In & Military Vehicle Gathering
Mon. 9th to Sun. 15th March 2020
Ball Park Caravan Park & Corowa Showground
Corowa, NSW, Australia
Looking towards 2020 and the 41st Swim-In.
The theme will be Year of the Military Motorcycle
The 41st Corowa Swim-In & Military Vehicle Gathering will take place in March. We always acknowledge the origin of this famous military vehicle event as being a gathering of GPA amphibious jeeps in 1980. So every year amphibious military vehicles of all types are encouraged to attend, in fact any ex-military vehicle is welcomed.
Since about 2001 there have been annual themes as well and for 2020 it is the
Year of the Military Motorcycle
There will be activities from Wednesday to Friday, with trips out for participants to take their vehicles on. These are yet to be finalised and will be announced on here when confirmed.
One trip out is specifically for the Military Motorcycles and their riders. It is planned to set out a route, starting and finishing at Ball Park Caravan Park with a lunch / refreshment stop halfway at a suitable location. Not a long trip, but of an enjoyable distance bearing in mind some of the machines are over 75 years old. More news on this to follow.
We acknowledge our sponsors and supporters, the Federation Council and the Corowa RSL for their continued support, and the managers of Ball Park Caravan Park

Update on Ball Park Caravan Park
For those interested in attending the Corowa Swim-In and Military Vehicle Gathering in March here is an important update message from Ball Park Caravan Park:
As it stands there are 158 powered sites, substantially up from 2019. They expect the numbers of unpowered sites will be the same as last year utilising the oval area and the area from the cricket nets to the pool fence. The area that was along Bridge Road is no longer part of Ball Park. It is now designated as public open space, so there are no sites, no power and no camping in that area. People who were in this area have been allocated another area within the fenced area of the Park.
